We’ll happily issue a store credit or exchange for unworn, unwashed, or defective items with original tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you wish to exchange.
Once we have processed your exchange, we will notify you by email with the details about your store credit. Your credit will be available and ready to use immediately.
If we receive an item and it does not meet the above exchange criteria, you will be notified via email and the item will be shipped back to you.
We always recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back an item as we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item without this.
